Thanks for the recipe! I printed it off. I have some whole wheat rolls
rising right now, I might try the burger version! I feel so helpless in the
kitchen, 0 confidence in cooking, I am embarrassed to cook for other
people, but I have watched 2 of your cooking tutorials and I am inspired
(and hungry!) Thanks Emi, there is hope for me yet!

wow that really comes out looking nice! I have a fave glaze recipe i might
try with it! (ketchup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar-makes a great
sloppy joe sauce too! lol-i made a typo and wrote sloppy hoe!)

Lovely Recipe, however, Worcestershire sauce has anchovy paste in it. It
can be substituted with balsamic vinegar & brown sugar. Thank You for
    sharing!

Thank you. this looks really good and I plan to make it for my family
tomorrow. I have all the ingredients, except I have white flour instead of
wheat, but I plan to give it a whirl anyway. Thanks again

Well I just made the meat loaf and boy was it delicious! So savory and
tasty. It is a challenge to get the moisture right, I kept my mixture on
the dry side just in case. I have this awesome cast iron bread loaf pan
from Lodge Logic, I filled it all the way up to the top! My loaf was about
3 and 1/2 inches tall! After baking it for one hour it was just a bit moist
inside, I turned the loaf out and let it steam off bottom side up. After I
cut it into slices and laid them out they dried nicely. I made a flour
gravy with a big spoon of flour dissolved into water, then mixed in to
simmering vegetable broth. Wow, so delicious! I used to live down there in
the South so I was charmed by your beautiful Tennessee accent and down home
recipe and wanted to give it a try. I’m glad I did, your meat loaf and
related veggie burger recipes will be part of my permanent veggie
    repertoire from now on. Thanks!

Your recipes look so perfect, I don’t think I’ll have any problems sticking
to my vegan diet…=) Thank you for sharing these videos!!

For anyone who is 100% vegetarian or vegan they need to leave out the
Worcestershire sauce because that is made with fish.
